Really old rooms, showers from the 70s. Had all sorts of issues like WiFi not working, being put in "deluxe" that had a door to the room next door. Rooms are not soundproofed and got woken up by someone in the room next door that was singing out loud at 2 am. Staff slow to respond to issues

We absolutely loved staying here. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Our two children had the best time, staff went out of their way to make us and our children comfortable. Another great thing, there is a Bus stop right outside hotel door. We loved our stay and hope to go back!!!

Managed to get a wheelchair friendly room for my wheelchair bound mom with a joining room for my sister who could oversea her and the helper though my room was way far off 9 levels above. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
